Responsibilities:
Assist the Outreach Manager in coordinating different outreach productions and activities, including school tours, lecture demonstrations, workshops and other arts appreciation programmes;

Produce educational materials, including website content, videos and appreciation guides;

Assist in the promotion of the projects through online and printed materials;

Manage project budgeting, administration and reporting; and

The role requires working on evenings and weekends during the HK Arts Festival and programme / project periods.

Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma holder with 3 years or above relevant working experience;

Meticulous, dedicated, detail-minded and well organized;

Strong project management, data analytical and communication skills;

Passionate in performing arts;

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel; and

Immediate availability is preferred

This is a contract post, renewable on a yearly basis. Candidate with less experience will be considered for Outreach Officer.
