Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill food items following safety and hygiene standards to ensure quality service
• Operate kitchen equipment safely during opening and closing hours in a shopping mall environment
• Manage daily kitchen tasks efficiently within scheduled 10-hour shifts plus two 45-minute breaks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace throughout the shift
• Adapt to varying work locations islandwide to support operational needs
