Requirements

Responsibilities

Service Crew – Ombak, KLCC

Join our team as we open three exciting Japanese restaurant concepts at KLCC:

  • kotsu kotsu (Japanese Dessert)

  • Kyomo (Yakiniku)

  • Ayame (Ramen)

  • 热情迎接顾客，引导入座，并介绍菜单特色。

  • 准确记录顾客的用餐需求，并及时传递给厨房。

  • 负责餐点和饮品的制作、摆盘及送餐服务。

  • 保持餐厅环境的整洁与卫生，包括餐桌、地面及公共区域。

  • 处理顾客的问询和投诉，提供专业的解决方案。

  • 协助管理库存，及时补充所需物料。

  • 参与团队合作，共同达成服务目标。
