MUST have a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in related positions
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Disney product, characters and story telling
Ability to demonstrate a focus towards exceeding Guest satisfaction and sales goals in order to exceed incentive targets which impacts the individual, team and overall
Must be able to lift and/or move 40 pound items
Computer efficient
Multi-lingual preferred
岗位职责
Ensure a clean, efficient, neatly organized stock room
Perform accurate inventory counts (mark up, mark down, etc.)
Maintain the Crew Store
Receive, log, and unload all merchandise that boards the vessel in preparation for each cruise
Assist in the ordering of merchandise through Simba (Disney inventory management system)
Support daily promotions such as purchase with purchase and special events and themed activities
Assist with price adjustments, floor moves, and receiving merchandise stock
Consistently ensure sales targets are met and/or exceeded
