Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate requirements, timelines, and updates clearly across teams.
Follow up on tasks, deliverables, and outstanding matters.
Monitor project progress and flag delays or issues to management.
Maintain project trackers, reports, and internal documentation.
Coordinate meetings, handovers, and internal follow-ups.
Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Support process improvements and assist junior team members when required.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in account management, project coordination, or operations.
Strong internal communication and coordination skills.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Good team player with a proactive ************* advantage.
