Product Developer (Design Background Preferred / Sweater)

  • 100% Development Focus: Manage the sampling process from tech pack to final sample approval (No bulk production follow-up).

  • Global Collaboration: Partner with our UK design team to translate concepts into actionable plans for China factories.

  • Client Facing: Meet clients to present collections, understand needs, and advise on yarn/trims.

  • Sourcing & Fitting: Source yarn, negotiate sampling costs, and use your design sense to improve fits and aesthetics.
