Main Responsibilities

Clinical Support:

• Assisting dentists chairside during procedures and treatments.
• Preparing treatment rooms and dental instruments, maintaining strict infection control standards.
• Educating patients on oral care, post-procedure instructions, and preventative dental hygiene.
• Monitoring patient comfort, reassuring anxious patients, and acting as a patient advocate throughout their visit.

Administrative & Front Desk Duties:

• Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a professional first impression.
• Scheduling and managing appointments, including coordination with dental teams for optimal workflow.
• Managing patient records accurately, including health histories and insurance details.
• Handling payments, billing, insurance claims, financial counseling, and office inventory.

Public Relations & Social Engagement:

• Maintaining positive relationships with patients to foster loyalty and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
• Responding promptly and professionally to both positive patient feedback and complaints (in-person and online).
• Helping organize in-practice patient events or promotions.

Social Media & Content Creation:

• Actively managing the practice’s social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, practice website).
• Creating and publishing engaging content: regular posts, patient testimonials, educational tips
• Monitoring and responding to comments, building an online community around the practice.
• Staying informed on social media trends and identifying new engagement opportunities for the dental practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
