Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Preferably with at least 10 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations, experience in electrical / electronic components would be added advantage.

Capability in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale production operations.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost optimization, and organizational development initiatives.

Well versed in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and implementation.

Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost targets while aligning manufacturing activities with business objectives.

Lead daily factory operations, including production, planning, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficient and reliable execution.

Drive capacity planning, factory layout optimization, capital investment initiatives, and New Product Introduction (NPI) collaboration across departments.

Monitor operational performance through KPIs such as output, yield, efficiency, and downtime, implementing corrective actions and data-driven improvements where required.

Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with ISO, UL, and other applicable standards while maintaining high levels of product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers, fostering accountability and safety, and identifying future leaders within the organization.
