• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the sales process.
• Assist customers in understanding property listings, pricing, features, and financing options.
• Coordinate property viewings, appointments, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.
• Prepare sales presentations, quotations, proposals, brochures, flyers, and online marketing materials.
• Promote company products and services through online and offline marketing channels, including social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
