Northport is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Role Description

• Drive Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives aligned with transformation priorities
• Lead Kaizen workshops and process improvement projects across divisions
• Review and optimise workflows, SOPs, approvals, reporting processes, and operational controls
• Monitor improvement initiatives, productivity gains, and operational efficiency outcomes
• Strengthen process standardisation, governance, and audit readiness
• Develop dashboards, improvement registers, and performance tracking mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, quality management or transformation initiatives
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, ISO, Six Sigma or Change Management frameworks especially in Port or Service Industry is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
