Job Purpose

Be the driving force behind a safe, compliant and positive safety culture across our project sites.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and monitor workplace safety and health practices at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, DOSH/JKKP and other safety requirements.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings and awareness programmes.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors on safety compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and recommend preventive actions.
• Prepare safety reports, records and documentation for management.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills and other safety initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH/JKKP.
• Experience in construction, property development or project sites preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and confident in enforcing safety standards.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
