Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination, scheduling and documentation.

• Flat-to-flat inspection

• To assist superior of site supervision and report preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of building repair / building construction.

• Good interpersonal skills, self-activity and able to work independently.

• Minimum 1 year construction and building maintenance experience.

• Good communication skills with clients and other relevant parties.
