Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
• Perform test execution, validate test results, and ensure defects are properly documented and tracked to closure.
• Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to align testing activities with the overall project schedule.
• Lead and manage assigned testing scope, ensuring testing deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
• Analyze defects, understand root causes, and work closely with Vendors, IT teams, and Business Units to drive issue resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and post-implementation verification activities.
• Provide testing status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, and project governance requirements.
• Provide post-project support and assist in issue investigation and resolution where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software testing, including test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and system functionalities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while consistently delivering quality outcomes within tight timelines.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to completing assigned work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in banking or financial services projects will be an advantage.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
