Contract Period: 2 years with an option to extend the contract foranother year. Tentative commencement date of period contract is Nov 2026

Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 8.00pm (2 shifts), Saturdays: 8.00am to 1.00pm, Sundays and Public Holidays: closed.

Scope of services:
a)     Opening / Closing of classrooms
b)     Customer service and reception manning
c)     Registration and validation of candidates undertaking assessments
d)     Equipment maintenance and management
e)     Updating of digital screens
f)      Management of keypress
g)     Overall premises orderliness
h)     Safe management measures as mandated by relevant government authorities
i)      Other administrative related support duties

Experience:
•         Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in providing customer service and admin support
•         Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage
•         Able to handle walk-in enquiries from English speaking students/ parents/ vendors. Basic knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage
•         Prior experience in upload and schedule of content into digital display panels via content platform
•         Experience in handling logistical matters including but not limited to stocking, shelving, movement of classroom furniture, operating of operable wall

Skills:
•         Proficient in office and IT systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Email), call handling, and basic record-keeping
•         Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
•         High level of initiative and able to work independently
•         Good customer service skills
