About the role

Introduce customers to wines in the store based on their taste preferences, budget, and food pairings, explaining the origin, flavour profile and characteristics of each wine. Provide professional wine service including bottle presentation, opening, decanting, pouring and serving in front of customers. Assist in promoting retail wine selections, promotional activities, wine tastings and membership packages. Ensure all wines are stored at correct temperature and humidity levels and perform daily cleaning and stock management. Assist with regular inventory checks, stock receiving and record keeping for wines and related products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tasting area, bar counter, tasting tables and glassware.

About you

• 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage or retail (candidates with strong interest in wine are welcome to apply)

• WSET Level 2 or above certification preferred

• Good proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Good work attitude
