About the role

A sales role focused on developing and executing sales strategies in automation and manufacturing technology, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align sales efforts
• Create detailed sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
• At least 7 years of successful sales experience in automation, manufacturing technology, or related technical fields
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to speak in multiple languages (added advantage)
