Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of a beauty and fashion outlet, lead live-stream sales to boost brand engagement, and manage staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beauty and fashion outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery and optimize store performance.
• Plan, host, and conduct live-stream sales sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms to increase product sales and enhance brand engagement.
• Manage, coach, and motivate sales and beauty staff to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Execute inventory management tasks including procurement, stock-taking, and product display setup for beauty and fashion products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve feedback to maintain high standards of customer relationship management (CRM).
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold outlet hygiene, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare duty rosters, daily sales reports, stock management records, and other operational documentation accurately and timely.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fashion retail industry; supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Proven skills or strong proficiency in live-stream selling, camera presentation, and social media product promotion.
• Practical skills or basic knowledge in garment alteration and fitting will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, public speaking, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Effective time-management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
