Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.

Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner.

Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and requests promptly.

Ensure customer orders are served correctly and on time.

Recommend menu items, signature dishes, and ongoing promotions.

Gather customer feedback on food quality, service, and overall dining experience.

Monitor the overall guest experience and customer satisfaction.

Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and ratings on Google, Dianping, and other online review platforms.

Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Support outlet marketing and promotional activities when required.

Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.

Support outlet activities and peak-hour operations when required.
