Your role

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve or escalate equipment issues promptly.
• Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and give accurate feedback to management.
• Use company systems to manage service notifications and documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
• Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as directed.

• Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and documentation
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or a related field
• Previous field service or customer-facing technical support experience is preferred

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Kaohsiung. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Taiwan (TW).
