We are looking for a Taiwanese (Traditional Mandarin) Speaking Customer Service Representativeto join our team inGeorge Town, Penang.

This role is ideal for Malaysian candidates who are fluent in Taiwanese Traditional Mandarin and are comfortable communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, chat, or email.

• Assist customers with enquiries, requests, and concerns in Traditional Mandarin.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolution.

• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.

• Follow established customer service procedures and company guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the team or supervisor.
