• 5.5 days (44 hours) per week (Weekday + Half Saturday). OT claim available.

• On-the-job training will be provided will be provided to Entry-level candidates.

• Experience as Clinical Assistant is a plus but not compulsory.

• Proficient in Mandarin too is requiredto support business operation needs.

KEY SCOPES

• Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients’ appointments including sending reminders

• Answering phone/SMS and email queries promptly

• Handle payments and prepare submissions of TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations.

• Preparing patients’ medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication

• Assist in performing simple in-clinic procedures such as ECG and nebulizer treatments (training will be provided)

• Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties

• Maintain and update all patients’ records and in according to standard guidelines

• Assist in the daily running of the clinic and the upkeep of the clinic

• Any other administrative work involving patients’ care / records / the daily operation of the clinic.
