Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities

Ensure smooth workflow and efficient execution of operational processes

Identify opportunities to improve and optimise workflows

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration

Analyse operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making

Monitor processes and identify areas for improvement

Resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions

Ensure operational activities are aligned with organisational objectives

Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
