About the role

To provide hands-on compensation and benefits support, workforce analytics and reporting across APAC while supporting regional HR programmes and ensuring data accuracy, compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market-pay analyses across APAC.
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job grades and job-evaluation records.
• Support annual salary reviews, promotions, bonuses and incentive exercises.
• Consolidate payroll and C&B information from APAC locations and perform accuracy checks.
• Analyse employee-benefit utilisation, competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the harmonisation of benefits and HR policies across APAC.
• Prepare workforce analytics covering headcount, turnover, labour costs, overtime, absenteeism and recruitment.
• Develop monthly dashboards and management reports using Excel or Power BI.
• Analyse HR data and provide clear findings and recommendations to management.
• Support manpower planning, annual personnel-cost budgeting and forecasting.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits.
• Experience supporting multiple APAC countries or employees across different locations.
• Good knowledge of salary benchmarking, payroll, benefits administration and personnel-cost analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, and XLOOKUP.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Strong emotional intelligence, composure, and resilience under pressure when handling employee inquiries or complaints regarding salary and compensation.
• Preferred: Formal qualification, certification, or specification in Data Analysis; Experience with Power BI, HRIS, or payroll systems; Prior experience in an MNC or manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,200.00 per month
