Job Summary

We are seeking responsible and committed Delivery Riders to join our operations in Singapore. This role suits individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders safely and on time within a 4 km radius
• Operate a motorbike, bicycle, or e-bike following all safety and traffic regulations
• Maintain professional conduct and provide courteous customer service during deliveries
• Follow assigned schedules and operational procedures to ensure timely deliveries
• Work independently to meet or exceed performance targets, including order completion and acceptance rates

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid licence or permit for motorbike, bicycle, or e-bike operation if applicable
• Ability to ride a motorbike, bicycle, or e-bike safely
• Own a smartphone with internet access to manage delivery tasks

Other Information

Working Hours

• Shift-based from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Work 7-8 hours per day, minimum 20 days per month

Performance Requirements

• Complete a minimum of 400 orders per month
• Maintain at least 95% order acceptance rate
• Work a minimum of 20 days per month

Salary & Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum salary of $1,800/month (before CPF) for 400 orders
