Requirements:

• Minimum SKM Level 3 or Diploma in Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics or related fields.

• Prior exposure to mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatic systems or automated machinery will be an added advantage.

• Able to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and work instructions.

• Must have adequate colour vision for electrical wiring and assembly tasks.

• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts when needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and pneumatic parts of semiconductor manufacturing equipment based on engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Install electrical wiring, pneumatic systems and mechanical components to ensure machines operate correctly.

• Perform functional tests to assess machine movements, sensor operations, air pressure systems and overall equipment performance.

• Detect, investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical and equipment-related issues during assembly and testing.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure assembled equipment meets technical specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

• Document assembly activities, test outcomes, troubleshooting findings and production records accurately.

• Follow 7S practices to maintain a clean, organised, safe and efficient working environment.
