JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Dynamic Industry. A unique opportunity in the fast-growing e-commerce and AI innovation space.
True End-to-End Ownership. Full-stack development spanning web platforms, mobile apps (React Native), backend APIs, and cloud deployment.
Modern AI Engineering. Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Stack and Mobile Development. Build and maintain end-to-end features across web platforms (customer portals, admin tools) and mobile apps (React Native for iOS and Android).
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-impact products.
Backend and API Architecture. Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js (TypeScript) and Python.
Payment and System Integrations. Implement payment gateway integrations (billing, subscriptions, invoicing) and third-party services (SSO, messaging, webhooks).
AI and LLM Engineering. Integrate LLMs, build RAG pipelines, and develop AI workflows and MCP tooling.
Database and DevOps. Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) while maintaining code quality through automated testing and Docker CI/CD pipelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Core Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3+ years of professional hands-on full-stack software development experience.
Frontend and Mobile
Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks: React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js, alongside modern HTML5 and CSS3.
Hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development with React Native, including mobile app build and store launch (iOS / Android).
Backend and Databases
Proficient in backend development with Node.js (TypeScript) / Nest.js / Express.js; working knowledge of Python is an advantage.
Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experienced with ORM and query-builder tools such as Prisma, TypeORM, or Sequelize.
AI Engineering and DevOps
Practical knowledge of AI engineering: RAG pipelines, vector search, LLM integrations, AI agents, or MCP architecture.
Hands-on familiarity with Docker, containerized workflows, and cloud deployment platforms (AWS / GCP / Cloudflare).
Comfortable with developer toolchains: GitLab / GitHub, Figma, Jira, and ClickUp.
Languages and Soft Skills
Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese (native), English, and Mandarin.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment.
