Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide GP medical services, conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions.

Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and therapies based on the diagnosis.

Provide preventive care, including vaccinations, health screenings, and counselling on healthy lifestyle choices.

Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients (and their families) on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care techniques.

Stay informed about the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices through continuous education and professional development.

Adhere to medical ethics and standards of practice.

Comply with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and professional standards.

Key Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school.

Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and a valid Practising Certificate.

Good clinical skills and judgment in patient management.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to build rapport quickly with patients, caregivers and colleagues.

Willingness to continually update professional knowledge and skills.

Health screening experience an advantage.
