Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a warm and personalised dining experience.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, walk-ins and guest enquiries.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing guests to encourage repeat visits.

Proactively reach out to customers to promote reservations, special occasions, campaigns and upcoming events.

Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to support promotions and guest engagement initiatives.

Maintain guest preferences and customer records to enhance personalised service.

Coordinate with the service team and provide hands-on front-of-house support during busy periods and events.

Requirements

Prior experience in restaurant hosting, guest relations or hospitality is preferred.

Well-groomed, personable and confident in engaging with guests.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Proactive in customer engagement, relationship-building and promoting restaurant offerings.

Organised, hands-on and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
