Sales Executive (Finance) /Up to $4,000 + Commission
Job Summary
This full-time Sales Consultant (Finance) role based in Orchard involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting consultations to understand needs, presenting suitable financial products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients using diverse sales techniques to expand customer base
Conduct consultations to assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Present and explain financial products and services clearly to customers to facilitate informed decisions
Negotiate contract terms effectively to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies aligned with market trends
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales approaches accordingly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and close deals
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor financial solutions accordingly

Benefits:
Basic salary up to $4,000 with yearly increments based on performance
5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm)
