What is Draft Land Hong Kong?
Draft Land is a cocktail-on-tap bar that brings a fresh, innovative concept to Hong Kong’s nightlife. Instead of traditional bartending, cocktails are pre-batched by expert mixologists and served directly from taps, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality in every glass.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong, Draft Land is the go-to destination for those who want to experience cocktails in a new, exciting, and modern way.
We are looking for a dedicated Cook cum Cleaner to support the daily kitchen and cleaning operations of our bar outlet. Interested candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
To cook bar snacks according to the recipes and instructions as provided by our kitchen manager.
To cook staff meal for the team members.
To clean the bar area including toilets.
To cover other outlet's day off.
Maintaining a clean environment, ensuring the food quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are in line with the company’s requirements.
Minimum 2-year kitchen experience in the Cafe or Bar industry.
Hong Kong citizens only.
Working Time : 3:00pm - 12:00am from Sun to Wed
4:00pm - 01:30am from Thur to Sat
We offer attractive salary & benefits:
Annual leave - up to a maximum 18 days in total;
Day off - 7 days per month;
No split shift;
