• To check on punctuality of staff according to the duty roster.
• To conduct spot checks on attire, including personal hygiene (e.g hair, fingernails, body hygiene, grooming) of all staff.
• To communicate with staff and guests at all levels before, during and afterduty hours.
• Supervise and Train Banquet Staff
• Banquet captains oversee banquet room setup, directing staff on where to place table settings, centerpieces, and other table decorations.
• Banquet captains ensure that banquet room stock is fully supplied at all times, including food
• Banquet captains follow all sanitary laws and regulations, as well as company policies, regarding proper cleaning and safe food handling.
• Banquet captains respond to customer complaints, questions, and compliments.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
