Role Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Zscaler Deployment & L3 Support Engineer responsible for implementation, migration, testing, and Day-2 operations support across Zscaler security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and support ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC environments.
• Implement GRE/IPsec tunnels, ZCC, and App Connectors.
• Configure and troubleshoot SWG, DNS, Firewall, SSL Inspection, and ZTNA policies.
• Perform application onboarding, PAC/forwarding configuration, and SAML/SSO troubleshooting.
• Conduct migration activities, implementation testing, UAT support, and production cutovers.
• Analyze issues using Wireshark, PCAP, HAR files, and Zscaler logs.
• Provide L3 incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC.
• Expertise in GRE/IPsec tunnels, SSL inspection, and security policy management.
• Experience with ZTNA, SAML/SSO, and application access troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in packet and log analysis using Wireshark, PCAP, and HAR tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
