岗位职责
Customer Service & Front Counter Support
Provide professional and timely customer service to salespersons, clients and visitors at the customer service or reception counter.
Attend to walk-in visitors, email correspondence and telephone enquiries, and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel where required.
Process administrative documents and transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle payments including cash, cheque and electronic/online payments, in accordance with company procedures.
Process merchandise sales and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Administrative & System Support
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records using the company’s internal systems, including REMSPlus2, Admin Module and e-Submission platforms.
Process relevant submissions and transactions through external platforms, including IRAS, HDB and CEA systems, where applicable.
Operate and maintain familiarity with office equipment and systems, including NETS/credit card terminals, photocopiers and computer terminals at the shared/free-seating area.
Office & Mail Administration
Prepare outgoing correspondence and arrange for mail to be franked and deposited with SingPost.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail to the relevant personnel or departments.
Support the opening and closing of the office, meeting rooms and training rooms according to established procedures.
Other Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Perform other relevant duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor or management.
