Key responsibilities :

Can you turn complex financial information into impactful business insights, and transform how Finance works through automation and AI?

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner & AI Transformation Lead to help us:

• act as the dedicated face of Finance for assigned GWM APAC businesses, advising senior leaders with independent, action-oriented insights

• own the performance narrative across revenues, NII, NNM, invested assets, loans, deposits, profitability, and key balance sheet drivers

• lead forecasting, target setting, planning, and scenario analysis; align assumptions, challenge inputs, and explain movements versus plan

• prepare management information, executive materials, and commentary for business reviews, committees, and regional submissions

• identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities to simplify reporting, planning, forecasting, controls, and MI processes

• design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions improving productivity, insight generation, data quality, and stakeholder experience

The team :

You’ll be working in the GWM APAC Finance Business Partner team, based in Singapore. We partner with senior GWM APAC business leaders and a broad Finance network, including regional Finance leadership, RAS reporting teams, Financial Accounting & Controlling, Group Treasury, Strategy, and global CFO stakeholders. Our focus is to deliver trusted performance insights while championing responsible AI adoption, automation, and modern ways of working across Finance.

Your skills and experience :

• university degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline or equivalent experience

• substantial background in Finance business partnering, FP&A, performance management, or transformation, ideally in wealth management or financial services

• strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet mechanics, including NII, funding economics, allocations, forecasting, and management information concepts

• demonstrated delivery of process improvement, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes

• practical use of generative AI, analytics, or automation for Finance; Copilot, Power Platform, Python, or SQL desirable

• ability to spot high-value AI opportunities, translate needs into use cases, and guide solutions from prototype through adoption

• excellent executive communication and data storytelling, with confidence challenging senior stakeholders and explaining technology to non-technical audiences

• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
