Job Description

• Take full ownership of corporate events and activations from the first spark of an idea right through to flawless on-ground execution every time
• Develop strong logistics management skills by coordinating venues, vendors, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation seamlessly
• Build your client management expertise by working closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts that consistently deliver
• Gain valuable budget management experience by tracking event expenditures and ensuring every activity is delivered within allocated resources
• Sharpen your on-site coordination skills by managing registrations, guest lists, and event flow to guarantee seamless attendee experiences
• Develop strong stakeholder communication skills by liaising with vendors, partners, and clients throughout the entire event process professionally
• Build your analytical skills by gathering post-event feedback and producing detailed debrief reports with clear and actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or related field and above

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,000.00 per month
