Handle HR and administrative matters for both Malaysia and Singapore operations.
Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave, claims, payroll processing, and statutory contributions.
Prepare and maintain employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, show cause letters, and other HR correspondence.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and assist with grievance and employee relations matters in line with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Coordinate employee training, maintain training records, and monitor training requirements.
Maintain HR documentation and records required for ISO 22000 and other quality management systems.
Handle company administrative matters, including insurance renewals, business registrations, company licences, import and export permits, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and organised HR and administrative records, including proper filing and documentation.
Liaise with government authorities, external service providers, agents, and relevant regulatory bodies when required.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or payroll software.
