Assistant Sales Manager — Job Advertisement

Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Singapore

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with clients. You will assist in developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales plans and achieving revenue goals
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support daily sales operations
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback summaries
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, with some leadership exposure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with the ability to guide and motivate others
• Familiar with basic office software and sales reporting
