Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Livestream Manager to lead and manage livestream sales operations across digital platforms, driving sales growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness through strategic planning and team coordination.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute livestream sales activities and e-commerce campaigns to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement
Develop and implement livestream strategies that increase sales, boost customer interaction, and elevate brand visibility
Coordinate and manage livestream hosts, content creators, and production teams to ensure seamless broadcast quality and timely delivery
Monitor livestream performance metrics including sales conversion rates, traffic, and engagement data to identify and act on improvement opportunities
Plan and schedule promotional activities, product launches, and livestream content calendars to optimize audience reach and sales impact
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and business stakeholders to support livestream operations and growth
Identify and evaluate new opportunities to expand online sales channels and enhance overall e-commerce performance
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for management to inform strategic decisions
Required competencies and certifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, digital marketing, or online sales
Strong understanding of livestream e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles
Proficient communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate projects
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects
