Bello Ice is a Mediterranean gelato store offering premium products and exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the team and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and understands the importance of delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

The Role

Your responsibilities include:

Supervising daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Leading, training and supporting the team
Maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality
Monitoring inventory, stock levels and product availability
Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and compliance with food safety standards
Managing staff schedules and supporting daily operational planning
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally

We are looking for someone who is:

Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Confident in leading a team and making decisions
Professional and committed to high service standards
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Composed and efficient during busy periods
Experienced in F&B or hospitality; experience in a supervisory role is a strong advantage

Requirements:

Diploma or higher
Food safety certificate
Shift work (5-day work week, including weekends & Public Holidays)
F&B or hospitality experience is a strong plus
