• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales or project coordination, preferably within the construction, building materials, or interior fit-out industry.

Aathaworld is seeking a dynamic Sales & Project Manager to drive business growth and oversee the seamless execution of project deliverables. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for identifying new opportunities, providing solutions, and ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

• You will manage the complete lifecycle of a project, from the initial handshake to the final site handover:

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients (developers, contractors, and architects) to build a robust project pipeline.

• Consultative Solution Mapping: Analyze client requirements and technical specifications to propose the most effective solutions.

• Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the preparation of technical quotations, cost estimations, and tender submissions, ensuring all commercial terms are negotiated effectively.

• Project Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal technical teams, and external suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure installation quality meets company standards, and resolve any technical hurdles on the ground.

• Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Manage project schedules rigorously to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate documentation for progress claims and reporting.

• Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with clients after project completion to secure repeat business and referrals.
