  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define test scenarios, success criteria, and acceptance requirements.

Stakeholder & Resource Coordination

  • Work closely with business, IT, operations, legal, and other functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate resource requirements and ensure timely stakeholder engagement.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and governance requirements.
  • Track project budgets, contractual milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to project sponsors and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
