Brief Summary:

• Support regional planning and performance tracking by translating business information into clear updates and practical follow-ups.
• This role blends analysis and coordination to help stakeholders stay aligned on priorities, milestones, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate inputs from regional stakeholders and turn them into structured reports and presentation materials for review.
• Support the preparation and roll-out of regional plans, initiatives, and periodic business updates.
• Research and analyse business, market, and economic developments relevant to regional operations.
• Coordinate PDCA check-ins by preparing materials, recording key decisions/minutes, and tracking next steps.
• Monitor progress of agreed activities, follow up on action items, and flag risks to timelines where needed.
• Support regional coordination efforts, including internal activities, events, and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred (e.g., planning, analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Able to communicate updates clearly and work effectively with stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of follow-through and coordination tasks.
