Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

·       Lead the creation of marketing collaterals, including campaign assets, promotional materials, and digital content.

·       Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose strategic marketing actions.

·       Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, including procuring marketing collaterals, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking performance.

·       Oversee brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

·       Evaluate campaign performance using data and analytics, and present findings with actionable recommendations.

·       Assist in planning and executing VM, partnerships and Public Relations.

·       Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing promotions.

·       Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands.

• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Shopify is a plus
