Requirements】

• Japanese nationals(must) with Min B1 level English
• Minimum : Highschool graduate + 5years experience
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Team leader/supervisor level skill set is preferred.
• Having experience with Customer Support in BPO company or Call center experience in healthcare is preferred. Must have insurance knowledge.

Start Date : Beginning of Nov: 2

Salary range : RM8500 – RM9500 (Can be negotiated up to RM10K)KPI Bonus : Up to RM 400 (based on individual performance)

Location : KL Sentral

Working Hours : 8pm - 5am, 11pm - 8am MYT, Mon- Fri

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
