Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder.

• Previous experience in café, bakery, F&B, or management roles is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage a team.

• Good customer service skills and a positive working attitude.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Oversee daily café and bakery operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Supervise, train, and manage staff to maintain high service standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and daily sales reports.

• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily duties.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving overall business performance.

• Support daily café operations, including cashier duties, food preparation, and customer service when required.
