Responsibilities:

• You will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipmentto building consultants and contractors
• Responsible for developing long term customerrelationships
• Building close business relationship with customersespecially key accounts
• Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
• Identify potential opportunities & developsolutions with existing & new customers
• Update forecast timely into the system
• Negotiates value, addresses resistance,and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier
• Any other duties as assigned from timeto time
• You also need to ensure all works carried out in accordance withthe specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or itsequivalent
• 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVACindustry will be a plus
• Customer driven with excellent communication &interpersonal skills
• Candidates with the relevant educationqualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
