Working Hours: 5 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew changes and crew movements for assigned vessels.
• Liaise with vessels, port agents, manning agencies and other external parties.
• Arrange crew travel, joining and sign-off schedules.
• Check crew certificates, travel documents and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain crew records and update ship management systems.
• Handle crew appraisals, invoices and general administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in ship crewing or maritime operations.
• Experience with any vessel type is welcome; tanker experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple arrangements.
