Your new role 

As an Executive, Retail Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and facilities management of a large-scale retail environment. Working closely with tenants, contractors, property owners, and service providers, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of the asset while maintaining a positive experience for all stakeholders. You will oversee maintenance works, monitor vendor performance, coordinate tenancy fit-outs, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also provides exposure to MCST management, strata-title matters, stakeholder engagement, budget administration, and contract management within a complex commercial property environment. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Facilities, Estate Management, M&E Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in retail operations, commercial property, facilities, estate, or building management will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with MCST operations, strata-titled developments, and BMSMA regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging tenants, contractors, vendors, and property owners.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, vendor management, safety compliance, and day-to-day building operations.
