What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records for auditing purposes.
• Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial procedures.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
