岗位职责

  • Provide support on various aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services. 
  • Carry out cost analyses and prepare cost estimates for MEP services. 
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate MEP project costs. 
  • Prepare and manage MEP contracts, including main and nominated sub-contracts. 
  • Measure and take off quantities for MEP work elements. 
  • Assess variation orders and prepare interim valuations. 
  • Compile and administer contract documents for execution. 
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of MEP works. 
  • Prepare and agree on final accounts for MEP projects. 
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on MEP matters; attend meetings as required. 
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University/Institution 
  • At least 8 years postgraduate experience in the project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines may be considered for Senior Position 
  • Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic 
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills 
  • Good communication and written skills in English 
  • Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
